MYM is a CANPL Certified strength training facility in Toronto that is building a community of lifters. Our members experience high quality services with our hybrid training and competition equipment. We welcome powerlifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting, strongman, and any other sport that makes you feel STRONG.

At MYM we value our customers by offering easy options with no hidden fees and no commitments. Our coaching is designed for each individual client and our classes are inclusive.

MYM is better than commercial gyms as we allow “LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!”, chalk, loud music, grunts, tattoos and funky outfits.

MYM is aiding the sport of powerlifting to become an Olympic Sport. We host local competitions under the CANPL and aim to have at least 2 local competitions yearly. We currently have 5 referees training at our facility to aid athletes on IPF standard lifts.
